SSUHS D.Pharm Councelling
The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam has released an official notification regarding the counselling for the admission of Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course in 3 Medical colleges of Assam. Candidates who appeared the Common Entrance Examination,2022 organized by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) and shortlisted for admission are able to check their counselling dates from below.
[1ST ROUND OFFLINE COUNSELING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR
ADMISSION INTO 1ST YEAR DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY (D. PHARM) COURSE IN THE 3 (THREE) INSTITUTES OF PHARMACY ATTACHED TO THE GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGES OF ASSAM FOR THE SESSION 2022-23]
This is for general information of all candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Examination, 2022 conducted by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences for admission into 1st year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) Course in the 3 (three) Institutes of Pharmacy attached to the Government Medical Colleges of Assam for the session 2022-23 that the offline counselling for selection of candidates for admission into 1st year D. Pharm Course is scheduled to be held on 9th January & 10th January 2023 as per schedule given below. Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificates/testimonials etc. in original issued by competent authority before the Selection Board at the time of counseling.
Venue of Counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati - 22.
Date of 1st Counselling: From 9th January 2023.
Time of Counseling: At 11.00 a.m.
Documents required for Counselling of D.Pharm:
Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i.e. Marks sheets of 10+2 exam, Admit Card of HSLC examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste certificates, EWS certificates and other relevant documents including Admit Card of CEE-2022. Separate Photo copies of the said documents will be required at the time of counseling.
Date of Counselling: 9th January 2023
(A) All candidates from Rank 1 to 313 of CEE’2022.
(B) All candidates who have applied under Physically Handicapped Quota.
(After filling-up of all un-reserved seats in the 3(three) Institute of Pharmacy attached to 3 Medical Colleges of Assam the remaining candidates belonging to reserved categories who secured Rank upto 312 will be accommodated in their respective categories in order of merit in same day.)

(C) Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC Category Rank 313 to 505 of CEE’2022
(D) Candidates belonging to SCHEDULED CASTE category Rank 313 to 991 of CEE’2022.
(E) Candidates belonging to ST(P) category Rank 313 to 936 of CEE’2022.
(F) Candidates belonging to ST(H) category Rank 313 to 1976 of CEE’2022.
(G) Candidates belonging to TGL/ex-TGL Category Rank 313 to 1857 of CEE’2022.
(H) Candidates belonging to Char Area Quota Rank 313 to 429 of CEE’2022.
(I) Candidates belonging to E.W.S. Quota Rank 313 to 388 of CEE’2022.
