EDUCATIONAL NOTICE,DIRECTORE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION,ASSAM COUNSELING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO 1st YEAR B.Sc. NURSING COURSE IN THE 3 (THREE) NURSING COLLEGES OF ASSAM, SESSION 2022-2023.
This is for general information of all candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Examination 2022 (CEE-2022) conducted by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing Course in the 3 (three) Nursing Colleges of Assam for the session 2022-23, that the offline 1st counseling for selection of candidates for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing Course will be held on 21st & 22nd September, 2022, 2nd Councelling 31st October & 3rd Counselling will be held on 4th January 2023 as per programme given below.
Venue of Counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati - 22.
Time of Counseling: At 01.00 PM
Documents required for Counselling of B.sc Nursing 2022:
- Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificates/testimonials etc. in original issued by competent authority before the Selection Board at the time of counseling.
- Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i.e. Marks sheets of 10+2 exam.,Admit Card of HSLC examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste certificates, EWS certificates and other relevant documents including Admit Card of CEE-2022. Separate Photo copies of the said documents will be required at the time of counseling.
Date of 1st Counseling: 21st September, 2022
(A) All candidates including E.W.S. Category who have obtained Rank from 1 to 156 in CEE-2022 in order of merit.
(After filling-up of all un-reserved seats in the 3(three) Nursing Colleges of Assam, the remaining candidates belonging to SC, ST(P), ST(H), OBC/MOBC and EWS reserved categories will be accommodated in their respective categories in order of merit.)
(B) All candidates who have applied for Physically Handicapped (DIVYANG) quota in order of merit.
Date of 1st Counseling: 22nd September, 2022
(C) Candidates belonging to EWS Category obtaining Rank from 157 to 204 in CEE-2022 in order of merit.
(D) Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC category obtaining Rank from 157 to 289 in CEE 2022 in order of merit.
(E) Candidates belonging to SHEDULE CASTE category obtaining Rank from 157 to 395 in CEE-2022 in order of merit.
(F) Candidates belonging to S.T. (P) category obtaining Rank from 157 to 421 in CEE-2022 in order of merit.
(G) Candidates belonging to ST(H) category obtaining Rank from 157 to 1041 in CEE-2022 in order of merit.
(H) Candidates belonging to THL/Ex-TGL category obtaining Rank from 157 to 446 in CEE-2022 in order of merit.
