The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam has released a new notification for the recruitment of 3130 numbers of posts for Grade-III and Grade-IV.
In addition and in partial modification of advertisement vide No.DME/Recruitment/23/2023/20331,
Dated: 01/02/2023, online applications are invited from the citizens of India as defined under Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up of 765 nos of vacancies of different Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts in different Medical College and Hospitals as well as Dental College, Nursing College, Paramedical Institutes etc. of the State under the establishment of the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam. The number of posts mentioned is indicative only and may vary at the time of final selection on either side.
The Online application form shall be available from 05/01/2025 to 16/01/2025 till 11:59 PM. at the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam i.e. www.dme.assam.gov.in.
Candidates who had already applied for various Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts vide advertisement No.DME/Recruitment/23/2023/20331, Dated: 01/02/2023 need not apply again.
However, those who had applied earlier for different Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts, their candidature shall now be considered as per this advertisement.
DME Assam Recruitment Details
1. Grade-III (Technical)
No of Posts: 1708 Posts
Educational Qualification: The required qualification is different according to the post type so all of you are advised to check the official notification.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.70,000/- with Grade Pay
2. Grade-III (Non-Technical)
No of Posts: 765 Posts
Educational Qualification: The required qualification is different according to the post type so all of you are advised to check the official notification.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.70,000/- with Grade Pay
3. Grade-IV
No of Posts: 657 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 8th from a recognized institute. [Maximum eligibility qualification shall be HSSLC (Class twelve) or equivalent examination passed and those who have educational qualification higher than this maximum eligibility educational qualification on the date of application shall not be eligible to apply for these posts]
Pay Scale: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.52,000/- with Grade Pay.
Other Details of DME Recruitment
Reservation: Reservation of posts for female candidates will be as per prevailing government rules.
Age Limit: The category-wise age limit as of 1st January 2024 is as follows:
