The Department of Agriculture, Government of Assam, intends to engage contractual employee for various post viz. Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineers to assist for implementation various projects under RIDF. The interested candidates having required qualification may obtain detail terms of reference (TOR) from departmental website https://diragri.assam.gov.in or given below in important links section and may submit their application in prescribed format to the Office of the District Engineers concerned and the Directorate of Agriculture, as per TOR during office hours on or before 12th November, 2022. Govt. of Assam is going to implement the Projects under RI DF namely (1) Installation STW (Allotment-2) for irrigation purpose covering 33 Districts of the State (2) Soil Te sting Laboratory and (3) Development of Knowledge Centers in 96 locations in the State ( called here -in-after as Projects). To expedite the process of implementation of these Projects, the Agriculture Department, Govt. of Assam ( called here-in-after as Department) needs some additional manpower. Accordingly, 31 (Thirty One) Junior Engineers in the districts, l(0ne) Assistant Engineer & 3(Three) Junior Engi neers at Directorate of Agriculture,
Khanapara, on contractual basis is pro posed.
Assam Agriculture Recruitment Details
1. Junior Engineer at office of the EE(Agri)/ AEE(Agri)
No. of Positions: 31
Qualification:
1. Diploma in Civil/Agril. Engineering
2. Candidate having Certificate in AutoCAD and MS Office will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience desirable.
Age: 20 years to 35 years
Remuneration: 25,000/- per month.
2. A) Junior Engineer at Directorate of Agriculture, Khanapara
No. of Positions: 03
Qualification:
1. Diploma in Civil/Agril. Engineering
2. Candidate having Certificate in AutoCAD and MS Office will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience desirable.
Age: 20 years to 35 years
Remuneration: 25,000/- per month.
B) Assistant Engineer at Kamrup District
No. of Positions: 01
Qualification: Degree in Agriculture/Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience or Diploma in Agriculture/Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience.
Experience: Candidates having experience in Agriculture departmental works will be given preference.
Age: Below 65 years
Remuneration: 30,000/- per month.
The engagement is purely on contractual basis and oftered initially for a period of 6(Six) months and further extendable from time to time with a break subject to satisfactory pertormance an availability of project period. After completion of each year, a provision of enhancement upto maximum limit of 10% on monthly remuneration of previous year may be considered. The maximum tenure will be subject to availability of project period.
