Syllabus of Assam Direct Recruitment
State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts has released the official syllabus and exam details of Class-IV recruitments. The official syllabus of Assam Direct Recruitment has been released on 16th June 2022. The complete details of official syllabus along with the official PDF file has been uploaded here .

For Class-IV Recruitment:
No of Posts: 5000 Posts
- Class-VIII: 1950
- HSLC: 1060
- HSLC: with ITI 1990
No. of Exams: There shall be two exams on the same day, one for Posts/categories of Posts for read upto Class VIII category and another for Posts/categories of Posts for HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category.
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
No of Questions: 135 MCQs
Total Marks: 135 Marks
Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes
Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2.
Name of Subjects: The subjects for both the categories of examinations to be conducted for Class-IV Posts (i.e. Read upto Class VIII and HSLC Passed or equivalent examination passed) will be the same and is listed as below.

4. General Knowledge
5. Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning
Note: The detailed SOPS for conduct of written examination for maintaining order and discipline shall be issued separately by SEBA.
For Class-III Recruitment:
No of Posts: 7,600 Posts
Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2.
A. Class-III (HSSLC) Syllabus Details:
The Assam Direct Recruitment Syllabus for the posts having minimum essential qualification of HSSLC or equivalent is as follows.
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
No of Questions: 100 MCQs
Total Marks: 150 Marks
Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes

B. Class-III (Bachelor Degree) Syllabus Details:
The Assam Direct Recruitment Syllabus for the examination for posts with minimum required qualification of Bachelor Degree and Bachelor Degree with Computer certificate/diploma is as follows.

No of Questions: 100 MCQs
Total Marks: 175 Marks
Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes
