Assam Direct Recruitment Skill Test & Interview Admit Card

The Government of Assam has constituted a commission called Assam Direct Recruitment Commission to carry out the recruitment process of Group C and Group D posts of various departments. This commission has been formed to fulfill the guarantee of 1 lakh jobs provided by the current Chief Minister of Assam.

The candidates who have qualified in the written examination that except candidates qualified for the posts of Stenographer, Grade-IV and Driver, all other candidates will have to appear in Computer Test. The admit cards for Assam Direct Recruitment Grade-III Computer Test will be issued from 14th December 2022, admit card for Grade-IV Interview will be issued from 29th December and Driving Skill Test from 11th February. Skill Test Dates of Assam Direct Recruitment

On 4th December 2022, State Level Recruitment Commission confirmed that the Interview and Computer Test examination for the recruitment of Class-III and Class-IV under Assam Direct Recruitment is to be held from the month of December 2022 & January 2023. As per the recent official notification of SLRC, Assam Direct Recruitment exam dates are as follows:

Class-III (Driver) Skill Test: 11th, 12th, 18th & 19th February 2023

Stenography Skill Test: 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th February, 2023 in Guwahati.

Class-III Skill Test: 21st December 2022 to 29th December 2022

Class-IV Interview Date: From 05/01/2023 to 17/02/2023


List of documents required for Driving Skill Test

All candidates must bring the following documents in original -
i. Admit Card of the Driving Skill Test,
ii. Two copies of recent Passport size Photograph,
iii. Admit Card, Pass Certificate and Marksheet of HSLC examination
iv. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
v. Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates),
vi. Valid LMV driving licence
vii. Discharge Book Number and date with place of issue (in case of Ex-servicemen),
viii. EWS certificate for the candidates belonging to EWS category.
ix. Any other relevant documents in original in support of candidature while reporting for the Driving Skill Test.

Candidates are also required to bring a set of self-attested photocopies of the original documents which has to be handed over to Document Verification Board at the time of verification of documents.

List of documents required for Grade-IV Interview

The candidates will have to bring following documents without fail:

1. Admit Card of Interview (To be downloaded from SEBA website)
2. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/Card
3. Age proof – Admit card of HSLC exam/Birth certificate in original and self attested photocopy
4. Mark sheets and Pass certificates of:
(i) HSLC, HS
(ii) Read upto Class VIII
(Whichever is applicable) in original and self attested photocopy
5. Additional Qualification , if any in original and self attested photocopy
6. SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Caste/EWS/PwBD Certificate, if applicable in original and self attested photocopy
7. Ex-Servicemen certificate (Discharge Book Number and Date with place of
issue) in original and self attested Photocopy
8. Photo identity proof (PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID Card/Driving License, AADHAAR Card).
9. Two copies of self-attested passport size photographs
10. Two Copies of Undertaking and Self Declaration (To be downloaded from SEBA website)

Important Instructions to the Grade-IV interview Candidates

1. No candidate will be allowed to enter the interview premises without the Admit Card for the interview and it should be produced at Security Check gate. Interview will be in two sessions - morning and afternoon. Candidates should come prepared to be at the venue for 4-5 hours.
2. Every candidate has to carry at least one photo identity card in original issued by Government Authority for verification.
3. No candidate, once entered into the venue, will be allowed to leave the interview premises during the interview hours mentioned, unless directed to do so.
4. Any book, paper, mobile phone, smart watch or any electronic gadget or
objectionable material isnot allowed in the interview premises. Candidates are
allowed to bring only Admit Card, ball pen, key (s) for Bike/ Car, photo ID card,
Credit Cards and list of documents mentioned in the Commission’s Notice dated 22-12-22 ONLY. There will not be any provision for safety deposit of Mobile phone/Electronic Items etc. Candidates are directed not to bring any prohibited items with him/her.
5. Candidates will have to keep all their belongings/ materials outside the interview premises at their own risks.
6. If any case of impersonation is noticed/detected, then FIR shall be lodged against both persons i.e. candidates who applied and the impersonator under relevant sections. These persons shall also be debarred from appearing in the future examinations.
7. Candidates are required to report at the interview venue at the reporting time only as mentioned above. For eg : Candidates assigned afternoon session for interview shall not be allowed entry in the morning session timings. They must report at 1 pm Only.
8. The documents,as prescribed in self declaration,will have to be submitted before interview.
9. Any request for change of venue, date and time of interview will not be
entertained under any circumstances.
10. Appearing in the interview does not guarantee any appointment.
11. Parents/guardians/friends or any other person, other than the candidates, will not be allowed to enter the interview premises. PwBD candidates who cannot come on their own will be allowed one attendant who will carry a photo ID card of his own issued by Government Authority in his/her name.
12. Drinking water and toilets will be provided inside the interview premises.
13. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
14. If there arises any issue which may lead to disturbing peace and tranquility at the venue of Interview, Commission reserves the right to take any appropriate action to ensure completion of Interview process smoothly.
15. Any candidates found using unfair means or trying to create unruly situation or trying to influence interview officials or violating the above or any of the interview rules shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per norms.

Assam Direct Recruitment  Grade III Documents Verification notice

It is hereby informed to all the candidates who will appear in the Computer Test with effect from 21.12.2022 that the process of verification of original documents would be taken up in the Examination Venue itself on the date of Computer test.

All candidates (Grade-III) must bring the following documents in original

i) Admit Card of the Computer Test.
ii) Two copies of recent Passport size Photograph.
iii) Original copies of Admit Card, Certificate, Marksheets of HSLC, HSSLC
Class-12 (for the candidates appearing for the posts where minimum qualification is HSSLC/HSSLC Science) and Graduation examination (for the candidates appearing for the posts where minimum qualification is Bachelor Degree/Bachelor Degree with Computer)
iv) Computer Proficiency Certificate/Diploma (for the candidates who have qualified under category "Bachelor Degree with Computer")
v) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
vi) Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates)
vii) Disability Certificate issued by competent Authority (in case of PwBD
candidates).
viii) Discharge Book Number and date with place of issue (in case of
Ex-servicemen)
ix) EWS certificate for the candidates belonging to EWS category.
x) any other relevant documents in original in support of candidature while reporting for the Computer Test.

All the candidates must complete the process of document verification on the date of Computer test itself failing which they will be treated as absent.

Additional information for candidates belonging to PWBD category
In addition to the allotted time for computer test, 15 (fifteen) minutes compensatory time will be given to the persons with benchmark disabilities falling under the category of VI, locomotor disability (both arm affected-BA) and cerebral palsy. Facility of scribe will be allowed in certain cases and the details of which has been uploaded in the website www.sebaonline.org

Instructions for Grade-III skill test candidates :

1. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Examination Hall without Admit Card and it should be produced before the invigilator when asked.
2. Every Candidate has to carry at least one photo identity card issued by Governmental Authority for matching
photo with name.
3. No candidate will be allowed to enter or leave the Examination Hall during the examination hours unless directed to do so.
4. Any book, paper, cell phone, calculator or any electronic gadget or objectionable materials are not allowed in the Examination Hall. Candidates are allowed to bring only Admit Card, ball-point pen, Photo Identity Cards and credit/debit Cards inside/into in the Examination Hall. There will not be any provision for deposit of Mobile Phone/Electronic items etc. Candidate is directed not to bring any prohibited items with him/her.
5. Candidate will have to keep all his/her belongings and materials outside the Examination Hall at his/her own risk.
6. Any Candidate found using unfair means or violating the above or any of the Examination rules shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per norms.
7. If any case of impersonation comes to notice, then FIR shall be lodged against both persons i.e. candidates who applied and the impersonator under relevant sections. These persons shall also be debarred from appearing in future Exams.
8. Candidate need to report in the Examination Center as per reporting time mentioned in the schedule.
9. Candidates should clearly read the instructions given on the Question Booklet before going to answer.
10. No candidate will be allowed to leave the Computer Laboratory before taking printout of the answers and signing in printed answer sheets.
