Adarsha Vidyalaya Assam Recruitment 2023
Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 486 Post Graduate Teacher, Graduate Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Computer Tutor and Laboratory Assistant vacancy. Online applications are invited from intending candidates for recruitment in the following posts in different Adarsha Vidyalayas of Assam. The appointments shall be made purely on contractual basis however the contract may be renewed depending on the satisfactory annual performance.

1. Post Graduate Teacher
No of posts: 143 Posts
Annual Pay Package: Rs. 5,10,540/- with applicable annual increment
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate Teacher (Arts):
a) Post Graduate Degree in Arts from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation in the respective subject and
b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Post Graduate Teacher (Science):
a) Post Graduate Degree in Science from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation in the respective subject and
b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
# The candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent Examination with English as the medium of instruction.
2. Graduate Teacher
No of posts: 195 Posts
Annual Pay Package: Rs. 3,45,924/- with applicable annual increment
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Teacher (Arts):
a) A Graduate in Arts with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks and
b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Graduate Teacher (Science):
c) A Graduate in Science with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks and
d) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
# The candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent Examination with English as the medium of instruction.
Graduate Teacher (Hindi):
# Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks and degree qualification with 55% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 55% marks with Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks from any recognized University,
Or
BA with 55% marks and having Hindi as one of the subjects with 55% marks or post Graduate in Arts with 55% marks provided that he has passed BA with one of the subjects as Hindi with 55% marks in Hindi
# B.Ed. degree from any recognized University (PARANGAT to be treated as B.Ed. degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching).
3. Assistant Teacher
No of posts: 115 Posts
Annual Pay Package: Rs. 3,07,848/- with applicable annual increment
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Teacher (Arts):
a) A Graduate in Arts from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and
b) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Assistant Teacher (Science):
a) A Graduate in Science from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and
b) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
# The candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent Examination with English as the medium of instruction.
4. Computer Tutor
No of posts: 24 Posts
Annual Pay Package: Rs. 3,00,000/- with applicable annual increment
Educational Qualification: Passed M.C.A., M.Sc. (IT), M.Tech. (Computer Science) with minimum 60% of marks from a recognized University.
5. Laboratory Assistant
No of posts: 09 Posts
Annual Pay Package: Rs. 1,80,000/- with applicable annual increment
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary passed in Science stream with minimum 55% of marks from a recognized Board.
Other Criteria of Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan Recruitment
Residentship: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam .
Age Limit: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years as on 1st January, 2023.

- Post Graduate Teacher: Rs. 350.00
- Graduate Teacher: Rs. 200.00
- Assistant Teacher: Rs. 150.00
- Computer Tutor: Rs. 100.00
- Laboratory Assistant: Rs. 100.00
