Skill Test and Documents Verification (Technical)
The Directorate of Health Services, Assam will publish a merit list for 907 posts of Grade-III (Technical) on 18th April 2023. The merit list has been prepared for this post on the basis of the written examination held on 29th May 2022. The applicants whose roll number will be on that merit list will have to participate in the Skill Test and Documents Verification. The skill test and document verification will be done on 24, 25 and 26th April 2023 at Gauhati Medical College Auditorium Complex, Guwahati.
Documents Required for Skill Test
Candidates are also directed to bring all relevant documents in original including
1) Admit Card of Written Examination, 2) Photo ID
3) Birth Certificate/Class X Pass Certificate as Date of Birth Proof
4) All Pass Certificates from HSLC onwards
5) Caste Certificate (wherever applicable)
6) PwD Certificate (if applicable)
7) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
8) Assam Pharmacy Council/Assam Nursing Council Registration Certificate (if applicable)
9) EWS Certificate (if applicable)
10) Two copies of Passport size photographs and any other relevant documents/certificates for verification and one set of Photocopies of the same which is to be deposited to the office.
