Apply for migration certificate in case you want to study in other board for higher education or so.

You will have to submit original copy of the AHSEC Registration Card at Dispatch Branch, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-781021, Assam, at earliest, either physically or via postal after successful processing of your application. In case of postal delivery of the migration certificate, we will dispatch only after receiving of the original AHSEC Registration Card. You will receive SMS and Email updates once your application gets approved, moreover, you may check My Applications section found under My Profile page of this portal periodically to track status of your application.

FAQ About AHSEC Migration Certificate

1. How long does it take to process the applications?

It varies based on the type of the e-Service you apply. It goes through multiple processes. You may track progress from my profile section. You will also receive SMS and Email updates on your registered details.

2. Do I need to visit AHSEC for further processing of the applications submitted by me?

It depends. For e-Services of correction of documents, and Migration Certificate, you will have to submit original documents either via postal or physically at AHSEC.
Moreover if you choose delivery menthod as "Deliver to My Postal Address", while submitting application, if you choose to receive the documents from AHSEC counter, then you will have to visit AHSEC once application gets processed for correction , duplicate and migration applications.
In case of Change of institute and Admission Permission e-Services, you don't need to visit AHSEC.
In case of any exceptional case, AHSEC will inform you.

3. Do I need to submit the e-Application Copy to AHSEC?
