Govt. of Assam will conduct a common written examination in 3 (three) sessions for the recruitment of various Grade-III and Grade-IV vacancy under Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam, Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam and Directorate of AYUSH, Assam .

This is for information of all concerned that the Written Examination for Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts under the Health & Family Welfare Department and Medical Education & Research Department is scheduled to be held on 12.02.2023 (Sunday). The call letters for the Written Examination shall be uploaded in the Govt. Websites www.dme.assam.gov.in, www.dhs.assam.gov.in, www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in & www.ayush.assam.gov.in from 04.02.2023.

The candidates are directed to download and Print their Call Letters (Admit Card) from the website from 04.02.2023 onwards. It is mandatory to bring the print out of the Admit Card to the Examination Hall for appearing in the examination. It is to be mentioned here that no call letter shall be sent to the candidates by post individually.

Important Notes:
1. Take a printout of this call letter and bring this call letter to the examination hall along with
(a) Any photo ID Card.
(b) Black ball point pen for answering questions.
(c) Your two identical coloured photographs.
(d) If your photograph is not shown in this Admit Card paste one copy of your
photograph on the space.
2. Bringing of the print out of this call letter to the examination hall is mandatory.
3. Mobile Phone,Pagers,Calculators or any other gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall.
4. In order to avoid late arrival reach the Examination Centre 1(one) hour before the Examination starts.
5. No candidate shall be allowed to enter into the Examination Hall after 15 minutes of beginning of the examination.
