Sciences.

No of posts: 105 (Indicative)
Pay: Rs. 31,000/- plus HRA Rs. 7,440/- per month (if accommodation not provided) and in addition Contingency grant Rs. 40,000/- per annum.
Eligibility Criteria of BARC JRF Recruitment:
1.Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or Integrated M.Sc. (Physics/ Chemistry/ Life Sciences).
2.AGE LIMIT :
The candidate must be an Indian national. The candidate should be less than 28 years
of age as on last date for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable up to 3 years in case of Other Backward Class applicants, 5 years in case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe applicants and 10 years in case of persons with disabilities applicants.
3.Selection Process of BARC JRF Vacancy:
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their academic performance and valid score obtained in the following qualifying examinations
✓• UGC-CSIR-NET Fellowship (SLET/ Lecturership is not eligible)
✓• JEST score
✓• ICMR —JRF Test, ICAR-JRF Test
✓• DBT-JRB Biotechnology Eligibility Test
✓• GATE Score 2019/2020 in Physics/ Chemistry/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology
4.SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Applications will be scrutinized and candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their academic performance and score obtained in the Qualifying Examination.A first screening will be made based on previous academic records of the applicants.A further shortlisting of candidates will be made based on the performance in nation-wide screening test (Qualifying Examination).
