Ceremonially launch of the distribution of Appointment Letters by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam

It is for information of all the candidates who have been selected for appointment on Compassionate Ground under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam as per the minutes of the State Level Selection Committees under the Department of School Education, Home & Political Department, Transformation & Development Department, Public Works (Bldg & NH) Department, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Tourism Department and Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department that a State Level Function for Orientation is organised wherein the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam will ceremonially launch the distribution of Appointment Letters to the selected candidates.

The selected candidates are requested to be present at 9:00 AM on 23.09.2022 at the Veterinary College Field, Khanapara, Guwahati–22. [The candidates are requested to bring their Identity Proof (PAN Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card) in original for entering into the venue]

A. List of candidates under Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam as per SLC dated 22.01.2022, communicated vide Govt. in Elementary Education Department letter No. AEE.176/2021/121 dated 17.02.2022 and approval of the Finance (SIU) Department vide No. FSI.153/2022 dated 11.05.2022 communicated vide Govt. letter No. AEE.176/2021/271 dated 11.05.2022.
B. List of candidates under Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam as per SLC dated 26.08.2022, communicated vide Govt. in Elementary Education Department letter No. AEE.209 2022 / 43 dated 30.08.2022 and approval of the Finance (SIU) Department vide No. FSI.358 / 2022 dated 12.09.2022 communicated vide Govt. letter No. AEE.209/2022/165dated 13.09.2022.

C. List of candidates under Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam selected as per approval of Govt. vide letter No. AEE (CC).34/2021/31 dated 22.07.2022 along-with approval of Finance (SIU) Department vide No. FSI.211/2022 dated 12.07.2022 and Govt. letter No. AEE(CC)29/2021/70 dated 21.07.2022 along-with approval of Finance (SIU) Department vide No. FS1.67/2022 dated 04.07.2022.

D. List of candidates under Home & Political Department, Transformation & Development Department, Public Works (Bldg & NH) Department, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Tourism Department and Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department as per approval of the Department of School Education, Assam vide No. AEE.170/2020/Pt/162 dated 16.09.2022 along-with approval of Finance (SIU) Department vide No. FS1.362/2022 dated 16.09.2022.
