Central Recruitment Board, BTR has issued an official notification regarding the recruitment Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA). Fresh application are hereby invited from the Indian citizens as defined under Article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India and who are domiciled from BTR area for filling up of 78 nos (Seventy Eight) of posts of Veterinary Field Asstt.(VFA) under the Directorate of A.H. & VETY. Deptt. of BTR, Assam. The vacancy will be filled up as per existing Rules and reservation policy of the Govt. of Assam as per availability in the post based Roster Register.

Name of Post: Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA)

Educational Qualification: A candidate have to pass HSSLC (Science) with Biology as one of the subject and also have to complete the one year certificate course in elementary knowledge of Veterinary Science from the recognized School of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry established by the Government of Assam at Ghungoor, Silchar.
Physical Standard: A candidate for direct recruitment to the cadre of VFA shall be sound healthy both mentally and physically and free from any organic effect of body infirmity likely to interfere with efficient performance of his/her duties and require to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service.
Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.14,000/- to Rs.60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.6,200/- with other allowances as admissible from time to time.

Domicile: Candidates must need to be a domiciled of BTR area.
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2022.

How to Apply for BTR VFA Recruitment?
The candidates who are eligible as per the official notification and interested may apply in standard application form along with testimonials and a self addressed envelope affixing of Rs.5/- for communication. The duly filled application should be address to the Member Secretary, Central Recruitment Board, BTR, Assam and be submitted physically in the Drop Box or by Register Post at the following address:

i) Applicants must affix 1 (one) copy recent photograph on the space provided in the application form firmly with good quality glue/adhesive and also should enclose another copy along with the application. The photograph must be signed by the candidate prominently. The Central Recruitment Board shall not be responsible for detachment/ lost of the photograph.
ii) Since the practice of furnishing attested copies of certificate/ Mark sheets etc by competent authority has been discontinued by the Govt. the applicant shall furnish copies of certificate, mark sheet etc declared by himself/herself as certified to be true copy of the original along with the application.
iii) In case of detection of any false declaration/ statement made by any applicant, his/her application will be rejected and also be penalized as per Rule & Law, Self attested photo copies of Certificate/Mark Sheet from HSLC onwards and Cast Certificate/Economically Weaker Section (EwS) should be furnished invariably and Tagged properly without any chance of getting lost during transit. The Board will not be responsible for any such loss due to improper tagging.
iv) Candidate of Economically Weaker Section should furnish the certificate issued by the compctent authority as per Govt. of Assam, OM No. ABP.07/2019/4, dated 10-04-2019.
v) Incomplete and defective application in term of the Advertisement will be summarily rejected. No document will be entertained after the last date of submission of applications.
vi) In service candidate will have to apply through proper channel. However, they should submit an advance copy of application in prescribed format to this Board directly.
