In accordance with the provision of Govt. letter vide No.GLR.168/2021/10, Dated: 07.04.2022, interested eligible candidates, who are citizens of India are hereby invited to attend "Walk-in Interview for filling up the following fixed pay (Contractual) vacant posts for the ESI Scheme Dispensary/Clinic at Kokrajhar District.

1. Pharmacist
No. Of Post: 01
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
Candidates should have passed Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy Course from Medical College of Assam/Institutes registered under
Assam Pharmacy Council.
- Computer Proficiency MS Office.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
Remuneration per month: Rs. 17,000/-
2. ANM
No. Of Post: 01
Requisite Qualification:
ANM Course passed from any Nursing School/ Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with Assam Nurses Midwives and Health Visitor’s Council.
Remuneration per month: Rs. 16,500/- p.m.
3. Office Assistant
No. Of Post: 01
Requisite Qualification:
Graduate from any Govt. recognized
University.
- Computer Proficiency (6 months Diploma Course)
Remuneration per month: Rs. 17,000/-
No. Of Post: 01
Requisite Qualification: Class VIII passed.
Remuneration per month: Rs. 12,000/-
Other Criteria:
Age Limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2022. Age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in upper age-limit for OBC/ST/SC.

Candidates are required to bring their applications in standard form of application published in Assam Gazette, Part-IX in block letters alongwith self-attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education, qualification, caste, employment exchange registration certificate, experience certificate, if any, 2 (two) nos. of recent passport size colour photographs alongwith mobile no. and valid email-id.
Applicants will have to produce all the original testimonials as mentioned
above during the time of “Walk-in interview”.
Interested and eligible candidates have to be present between 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. positively to register their names at office premises.

About ESI Scheme:
ESI Scheme is a social security and beneficiary scheme. As per provisions of Section 58 of the Employees State Insurance Act. 1948, the Scheme was implemented in the State of Assam w.e.f. 25.12.1958 with opening of five dispensaries namely ESI Dispensaries at Dhuburi, Uzanbazar (Guwahati), Dibrugarh, Tinsukia and Makum. In the year 1964 AMO was appointed as head of the ESI Scheme Assam. Today there are 26 Dispensaries, one diagnostic centre at Bamunimaidam and one Annexe Hospital at Tinsukia. The State govt. is responsible to provide full medical care to the Insured persons(IPs) and there dependent family members.
The ESI Scheme is under the Govt. of Assam, Labour & Employment Department, and run in collaboration with ESI Corporation, for the benefits of the working population under the various organization sectors like Factories, Shops Hotels, Cinemas, Road Motor Transportation, News Paper Establishment, Private Educational and Medical Institutions etc.
