EDUCATIONAL NOTICE, DIRECTORE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION, ASSAM

COUNSELING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO 1st YEAR D.Pharm COURSE In the Institute of pharmacy attached to 3 Medical colleges, SESSION 2020-21.

This is for general information of all candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Examination 2020 (CEE-2020) conducted by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati for admission into 1st year D.pharm  Course in the 3 (three) Medical Colleges of Assam for the session 2020-21, that the counseling for selection of candidates for admission into 1st year D.Pharm Course will be held on 19th & 20th April, 2021 as per programme given below.

Venue of Counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam Sixmile,Khanapara, Guwahati - 22.

Time of Counseling: At 10.30 a.m.

Documents required for Counselling of D.pharm 2021:

• Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificates/testimonials etc. in original issued by competent authority before the Selection Board at the time of counseling.
• Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i.e. Marks sheets of 10+2 exam.,Admit Card of HSLC examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste certificates, EWS certificates and other relevant documents including Admit Card of CEE-2020. Separate Photo copies of the said documents will be required at the time of counseling.

Date of Counseling: 19th April/2021

(A) All candidates secured including E.W.S. quota Rank 1 to 300 of CEE´2020

(B) All candidates who have applied under Physically Handicapped Quota.

(After filling-up of all un-reserved seats in the 3(three) Institute of Pharmacy attached to 3 Medical Colleges of Assam the remaining candidates belonging to reserved categories who secured Rank upto 300 will be accommodated in their respective categories in order of merit in same day.)

(C) Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC Category Rank 301 to 474 of CEE 2020 (including TGL upto 474 Rank)

(D) Candidates belonging to SCHEDULE CASTE category Rank 301 to 865 of CEE´2020

(E) Candidates belonging to ST(P) category Rank 301 to 675 of CEE'2020

(F) Candidates belonging to ST(H) category Rank 301 to 1519 of CEE 2020

(G) Candidates belonging to TGL/EX-TGL Category Rank 475 to 643 of CEE'2020

(H) Candidates belonging to Char Area Quota Rank 301 to 357 of CEE 2020

(I) Candidates belonging to E.W.S. Quota 301 tp 323.
