Assam Seeds Corporation Ltd. invites application from Indian Citizens for the under mentioned posts under ASC Ltd. on contractual basis for a period of 1 year.
Date of Walk in Interview: 23rd February 2021 from 10:00 am onwards.
1.Name of the post: Junior Assistant (On Contractual)
No. Of Post: 07 Nos
Educational qualification for Junior Assistant:
i) The candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
ii) The candidate must possess a minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma in Computer Application.
Remuneration per month: 15,000/-
2.Name of the post: Junior Accountant (On Contractual)
No. Of Post: 03 Nos.
Educational qualification for Junior Accountant:
i) The candidate must be a B.Com Graduate from recognised University.
ii) The candidate must possess a minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma in Computer
Application.
iii) The candidate must be well versed with Tally.
Remuneration per month: 15,000/-
Age Limit For ASC Ltd. :
As per OM NO. ABP.06/2016/51 dated. 02.09.2020; candidates must not be less than 18 years of age and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2021,the upper age limit is relaxable for 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, 3 years in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC and 10 years for persons with disabilities as per existing Government norms.
Application Fee: NIL as per Govt. notification No. FEG.32/2012, dated 21.5.2018.
Documents Required for ASC Ltd. Interview:
Applicants shall come with the following documents (both Photocopies and original on the day of interview)
a. HSLC Admit Card, Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
b. HSSLC Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
c. Degrees Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
d. Caste Certificate in case of reserved categories).
e. Disability Certificate (in case of differently abled) issued by competent authority.
f. No Objection Certificate (for those already employee) through proper channel.
g. Certificate of Diploma in Computer knowledge.
h. Three copies of passport size photograph.
Selection procedure Of ASC Ltd. Recruitment
a. The selection procedure will be through walk in interview.
b. A Selection Committee will be constituted to select the candidates for the post of Junior Assistant and Junior Accountant. The Committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature after proper scrutiny of the documents/testimonials etc.The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.
c. No TA/DA shall be admissible in appearing the interview.
d. The final select list shall be published in two local newspaper and the Notice Board of the office of the Managing Director, Assam Seeds Corporation Ltd.,Khanapara, Assam, Guwahati-22.
Date of Walk in Interview: 23rd February 2021 from 10:00 am onwards.
Reporting time: 9:00 am to 2.00 pm. Candidates reporting after 2:00 pm will not be allowed to appear the interview.
